Car Burglaries On The Rise in Vandenberg Village

VANDENBERG, Calif.- Car burglaries are on the rise in the Vandenberg Village Area. This comes after prior warnings were issued back in March.

Deputies say thieves are targeting cars left unlocked outside of homes and even parked in driveways. Police remind the public to make sure you lock your doors and don't leave valuables in your cars.

Deputies are also asking the public to report these crimes to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department.
