No Criminal Charges for "Pepper Spray Cop"

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The officers involved with blasted Occupy Protesters at UC Davis with pepper spray will not face criminal charges.

Last year the so-called "Pepper Spray Cop," UC Davis Police Chief Lieutenant John Pike, blasted protesters blocking the campus road with tear-inducing gas.

He was trying to break up the protest.
