Attorney General Investigating Cottage Health Systems

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The State Attorney General has called Cottage Health Systems into her examining room serving the Santa Barbara hospital with a subpoena.

The Public Affairs Director for the Cottage Health System says the Attorney General's office contacted them in December 2011, requesting information related to Health Systems Contracts.

Cottage is the only hospital in South Santa Barbara County.
