Street Biker Suffering From Leg Injuries After Being Hit By SUV

PASO ROBLES, Calif.- A street biker is suffering from leg injuries after being hit by an SUV just before 7:30pm Thursday.

The California Highway Patrol says it happened near Niblick Road and South River Road in Paso Robles when an SUV jerked violently and hit the biker.

According to CHP, the victim has refused medical attention.
