BRING AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO MARINA, INCLUDING A SENIOR COMMUNITY

SECURE FUNDING FOR YOUTH PROGRAMS, SENIOR SERVICES, AND CITY MAINTENANCE PROJECTS

I will work with the council and community to revitalize downtown Marina, making Marina a more business friendly community which will attract new businesses and bring new jobs to the city.

I will work to bring in responsible developers to eliminate the dilapidated buildings and build affordable homes for families and senior citizens.

Additionally, by bringing in new businesses, creating new jobs and building affordable homes in Marina, we will create new sources of revenue to protect and build our youth and senior programs, maintain the city's infrastructure and as a result, secure the future of Marina.
