No Charges Yet for Santa Barbara Man Who Led Police on Chase

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The District Attorney's Office has not yet filed charges against the driver that led police on a high speed chase from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles Friday.

Michael Stinchfield is a Santa Barbara resident and business owner.

The DA's office expects to finalize charges later this week.

Stinchfield is expected to be arraigned by Thursday for evading police and also false imprisonment of a transient woman he picked up in Ventura County.
