Guilty as Charged for Santa Barbara Man Accused of Real Estate Fraud

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - It's guilty as charged for a man accused of defrauding the public in a real estate fraud case.

The verdict came down from the Santa Barbara District Attorney's office Tuesday morning.

Walden Williams stole more than $200,000 fro his victims.

He is convicted of falsely telling them the lots he sold them in the Dominion Road Ranch subdivision came with residential water.

Williams faces more than eight years in prison when he is sentenced November 7.
