SAN LUIS OPISBO, Calif. - Two separate juries will hear the Dystiny Myers murder trial in San Luis Obispo.

The juries will hear the case simultaneously by an alteration to the courtroom.

A superior court judge ruled Tuesday that there will be one trail for all the defendant and two juries.

One jury will hear the death-penalty case of Defendant Ty Michael Hill of Santa Maria.

The second jury will determine the fate of the other four defendants.

All five defendants are charged with killing 15-year-old Dystiny Myers from Santa Maria.

She was found beaten and burned near Santa Margarita in September 2010.

The next pretrial hearing is scheduled for October 29.
