I have already started our Economic Development Plan and it is working great, we have brought new businesses to town and added over 600 new jobs.  With improved Economic Development will bring an improved economy.  The improved economy along with several grants we have recently applied for we will be able to bring our Public Safety staffing up to the desired force.  We have recently added a Code Enforcement Officer and along with that I will have our city switch from a "complaint driven" enforcement policy to a "pro-active policy."
