Preserve fire personnel. Add police to 34 sworn officers to deal with ongoing gang/drug activity.

FIX PASO ROBLES STREETS

Find funds to establish ongoing street maintenance program. Street conditions are abysmal. Proposed half percent sales tax appears to be best source of funding.
