Pre-trial Continued for CHP Officer Accused of DUI

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - The pre-trial hearing for the CHP officer accused of driving under the influence while off duty has been continued.

Blood tests for Michael Mallory came back negative.

He's accused of crashing into two parked cars in Arroyo Grande in August.

It is still unclear what caused the crash.
