AGRESSIVE STREET REPAIR/MAINTENANCE 

Facilitate as expeditiously as possible, with the help of City Council and staff, an aggressive street repair/maintenance program that will be a part of every budget, every year. Looking at our budget, dissecting it, getting debt down, cutting costs where we can so that we can then diligently start taking care of our citizens and their residential streets they drive on every day.

BEACHFRONT LODGE PROJECT 

Encourage growth and prosperity of local businesses by meeting their needs within our community and bring back the original concept of the Beachfront Lodge project without incurring substantial debt.  Revisit the Financial Plan for the Beachfront Lodge project, keep the citizens informed of the parameters of this project, continue to gather input from our citizens as to what direction they would like to see this signature project for our city go on in.

CITIZEN ROUNDTABLES 

Meet with citizens in roundtable format on a regular and consistent basis, really listening to what they want for our city, what the most urgent of their needs are--I will work only for the citizens of Grover Beach. Working only for the citizens of this community, I will endeavor to bring everyone to the table and make sure as city leaders we are efficient and accountable to those to whom we represent.
