Lompoc Police Using Beer to Raise Money

LOMPOC, Calif. - The Lompoc Police Foundation is turning to beer to raise money for equipment.

They're hosting the first annual Coptoberfest Saturday, October 12 from 1-4p.m. at Dick Dewees Community and Senior Center at 1120 Ocean Avenue.

Tickets are $35 presale and $45 at the door, but you need to be 21 year-old to attend.

Admission is free is for designed drivers.

Cops are offering voluntary breathalyzer tests before you leave to make sure you're under the legal limit.
