Local Gasoline Wholesaler Doesn't Think Winter Blend Will Help Lower Prices

CALIFORNIA- Gas prices are stunning people on the Central Coast, but Ken Dewar, a gasoline and diesel wholesaler, isn't sure the governor's proposal to start distributing a cheaper gas product sooner than usual will make the difference in price.

"You won't see an immediate drive down in prices, refiners have to gear up," said Dewar.
