I plan to establish measurable goals and objectives and monitoring their progress in order to achieve them.  I also plan to ensure that all parents, students, and staff are aware of the goals and the plan to achieve them. As a retired teacher and chief fiscal officer, I have the knowledge, experience and time to accomplish these tasks.
