SANTA MARIA, Calif.- Two gang members have been arrested for attempted murder and torture almost four months after they allegedly stabbed someone.
According to police, Simon Gutierrez and Johnny Lugo started a fight with the victim and stabbed him.
Lugo was arrested Wednesday while he was driving a stolen car, said police. Gutierrez and Lugo were booked into county jail in lieu of $600,000 bail. They are both currently on Parole and booked on attempted murder, torture, and the street gang enhancement.
