Less Home Foreclosures in California in September

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - There's good news for the foreclosure rate across California.

Foreclosures fell 18 percent in September compared to August.

That's down 45 percent from a year ago according to RealtyTrac.

The state's foreclosure rate is still in the top three for the month and for the third quarter.
