Vallejo -- Police arrested a Vallejo County man who is
accused of making bombs in his Bay Area home. Officers responded to a call from
a man who reported his roommate was making small explosives and planned to
build an even bigger bomb. The Vallejo county bomb squad and swat team were
called out to this neighborhood. The were following up on the tip about the man
who was making small bombs and exploding them inside his home. People who live
in the surrounding area were evacuated while officers arrested the man. The
swat team was prepared for a stand-off but say the suspected bomb-maker
surrendered immediately. At this point investigators are not releasing the
man's identity
