SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Authorities have located the 61-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing late Monday afternoon.
Santa Barbara Police Officers immediately responded to the beach after hearing that 61-year-old Nancy Riordan was reported missing. Police asked Search and Rescue teams to help because the woman was wearing a Project Lifesaver Transmitting Device.
