CENTRAL COAST, CA – (October 15, 2012) – We are pleased to announce to the community that Marian Home Health, Hospice, and Infusion has changed its name to Dignity Health Home Health, Hospice and Infusion.

As the largest local provider, the name change to Dignity Health Home Health, Hospice and Infusion Services more accurately reflects the comprehensive home health, hospice and infusion services offered throughout the Central Coast between Lompoc and San Miguel. Currently Dignity Health has Home Health offices in Santa Maria, Atascadero and Lompoc and Hospice and Infusion Services offices in Santa Maria.

Dignity Health Home Health helps patients achieve and maintain maximum health and independence at home. Home Health services provide comprehensive care for patients who have recently been discharged from the hospital or for individuals needing nursing or rehabilitation services in their home.

HOSPICE

Dignity Health Hospice offers support, compassion, and care for patients and their families in the final phase of a terminal illness, to allow them to live as fully and as comfortable as possible.

INFUSION

Dignity Health Infusion provides intravenous, medications and nutritional supplements to the home of patients needing these therapies. Our pharmacists work closely with the physician to develop customized care plan for each of our patients.
