How do you plan to implement these priorities

Review the Police department procedures and management structure to become more efficient. Implement new policing technologies.
Enact a dangerous dog ordinance. Cleanup blighted areas. Remove gangs and gang symbols, ie. Graffiti, shoes from overhead cables and wires, and institute procedures to keep these items from returning. Enforce and/or strengthen the noise ordinance.
I would like to rescind the sales tax increase and adjust the salary structure. I do not believe the city manager should earn more than the Governor of California. I would like to get the lot at Betteravia and Blosser to become productive. The city should never have paid $13M for a lot only appraised for $4M. I would also review the SMAT contract. Look at the all the other services which do not pay for themselves or are not critical.
