PASO ROBLES, Calif. - In an effort to reach out to as many people as possible, the Paso Robles City Library needs bilingual volunteers between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm during the week, and on Saturdays, for three hours, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
