New Charges for Santa Maria Man Accused of Running Over and Killing His Girlfriend

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - Santa Maria Detectives have information to believe that Jack Misiaszek, the man arrested on charges on running over and killing his girlfriend following an argument earlier this year, is linked to another fatal crime.

Santa Maria gang detectives say 30-year-old Misiaszek and another man, 21-year-old Antonio Munoz stabbed and killed a victim in October 2012. The case went cold, but they re-opened the investigation this year, saying they have enough information to prove they did it.

Both men are charged with attempted murder, among other charges.

Meantime, Misiaszek is still facing charges of vehicular manslaughter, killing Antoinette Raygoza.
