Lance Armstrong Stripped of Tour De France Titles

GENEVA, Switzerland - It is official, the International Cycling Union, the sport's governing body, has stripped Lance Armstrong of his seven Tour de France titles.

CNN is reporting that, "With Armstrong's name is expunged, it will leave Greg LeMond as the only American to win the tour."
