Court Case Moved for Santa Maria Woman Accused of Attempted Murder

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - New information on the woman accused of attacking a pregnant woman. Charity Ochoa's court case has been continued until November 13th.

Ochoa is accused of attacking a pregnant woman after that woman had testified against Ochoa's husband in court. Police say last Wednesday Charity Ochoa allegedly attacked the pregnant victim on the 400 block of East Newlove.

Ochoa turned herself into Santa Maria Police. Her bail is set at more than a million dollars. Her husband, Moses Gutierrez, was convicted on second degree murder charges.
