MIAMI, Fl.- As Hurricane Sandy is swirling closer to Cuba, officials say she could be heading for the United States coastline. A tropical storm warning is already underway in Florida, as winds are starting to kick up.
Sandy came crashing onto the shores of Jamaica as a Category 1 hurricane with winds at close to 80 miles an hour.
The storm is already being blamed for two deaths.
Officials are expecting it to either swirl off the East Coast, or slam the Northeast, hitting New York and New England Directly. The National Weather Service predicts winds to reach up to 50 miles per hour and waves of 10-15 feet.
