Los Padres Fire Crew Assists With Superstorm Sandy

GOLETA, Calif.- Los Padres National Forest tell Central Coast News that the Los Padres Hotshot crew has been mobilized in support of recovery efforts in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.

The crew left from Ontario International Airport Wednesday morning and will stage out of a National Guard Training Center in Annville, Pa.

Crews say they could be assisting up to 30 days.
