At-Risk Man Missing from San Luis Obispo

52-year-old Raymond John Hockaday

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - Police are looking for 52-year-old Raymond John Hockaday who they say has a mental illness and does not have his medication.

Police say he went missing on October 31st at 11a.m. when he went on his daily walk from his home on the 1500 block of Osos.

Hockaday did not return home that night for dinner.

Hockaday is 5 feet, 6 inches, weighs 140 pounds and is bald and has brown eyes.

Police say he was last seen with a black leather fanny pack and wearing gray sneakers, brown pants and a black jacket.
