GROVER BEACH, Calif. -- A two-year old found in Grover Beach home filled with narcotics.
San
Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Narcotics Unit and deputy probations
officers served a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Parkview
Avenue.
Upon entering, they found the home in
deplorable conditions and deemed it uninhabitable. Narcotics
detectives found heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription pills
and more than 30 hypodermic needles along with drug paraphernalia.
The two year old boy is the son of suspect Julie Datter. The boy was turned over to Child Protective Services.
Detectives arrested Amado Mendoza on charges of possessing controlled a substance for sale.
Datter
and Marc Voorhies were charged with being under the influence of a
controlled substance and willfully cruelty to a child.
John Copelandcobaugh and Miller Dittenhoefer were charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance.
