Person In Hospital After Shooting In Lompoc

LOMPOC, Calif. -- On Sunday night just before 7:30 p.m. Lompoc Police responded to a call of shots fired near the streets of Maple and M.

When police arrived they found a man with multiple gun shot wounds. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene and later transferred him to Cottage Hospital for surgery.

No more details of the shooting are known at this time, but KCOY will update the story throughout the night as more become available.
