Prop 35; Implementing Harsher Human Trafficking Penalties Passes

According to the Los Angeles times and the Associated Press Proposition 35 has passed.

Prop 35 would increase prison fines and sentences for human trafficking. It would also require convicted human traffickers to register as sex offenders, and those sex offenders would also have to disclose Internet activities and their identities online.
