SLO Jury Finds John Woody Guilty of Murder

SAN LUIS OBISPO - A jury has found John Woody, the man accused of killing a father from Paso Robles guilty of murder.

John Woody of San Jose was arrested in connection to the death of 46 year old Martin McWilliams. McWilliams was found stabbed to death at a laundromat on Spring Street in Paso Robles.

According to San Luis Obispo Superior Court:

The verdict in the above matter is as follows:

Count 1 – First Degree Murder– Guilty

Enhancement 1 - True

The sanity phase of the trial is continued to November 26, 2012 at 1:30, Dept. 5
