SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The search is on for an armed robber who police say robbed a Baskin Robbins in Santa Maria.
Witnesses say a man wearing a Halloween mask went into the Baskin Robbins on North Broadway around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, armed with a handgun. The suspect then demanded money, and then took off.
Police believe the suspect was wearing a dark colored beanie, blue pants, and white shoes. Workers at the Baskin Robbins store tell Central Coast News they did not have a surveillance camera. It is not known how much money the store lost.
