Pismo Beach Planning Commission Votes to Build Spanish Springs

PISMO BEACH, Calif. - The Pismo Beach Planning Commission has voted three to two to build a new development called "Spanish Springs" off Price Canyon Road.

Spanish Springs will be built across 1200 acres and includes 390 single family homes, 320 senior units, and 83 apartments or condos.

A nine-hole golf course will also be built.
