GUADALUPE, Calif. - Just months after the Guadalupe Library was almost forced to shut down, they will now stay open, thanks to the new housing project, DJ Farms.
For the next 5 years, DJ Farms will pay the library's rent, starting in July 2013.
It will also pay most of the library's costs over those five years.
This happens almost a week after the city voted against Measure I, which would have supported the library.
