DUI Crash Lands Passenger in Hospital and Driver in Jail

SANTA MARIA, Calif. - A passenger is in critical condition at Marian Medical Center and the driver is behind bars for driving under the influence in Santa Maria after a vehicle rollover.

The accident happened just before two Thursday morning.

Police say a Jeep Cherokee was going southbound on the 2900 block of Skyway, when the driver lost control and hit the curb, causing the jeep to flip.
