PASO ROBLES, Calif. - Paso Robles will hold its final portion of the interview process on Friday for the City's new top cop.

The top candidates will go through a series of interviews.

The City hopes to pick their preferred candidate, who will go through background checks, a psychological inspection and other tasks.

As of Wednesday, Paso Robles says it hopes to have a new top cop by February but any delays could push back that start date.
