SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.- A San Luis Obispo man is accused of going on a rampage vandalizing a local business along Marsh street and causing thousands of dollars in damage.

Police say Samuel Dabill, 33, of San Luis Obispo, vandalized Bluebird Salon at about 9:00pm Tuesday. Police say Dabill knocked over hair products, chairs and displays. The owner of the salon tells Central Coast News the salon is back open, but employees are still on edge.

"Chased one of our clients to her car and tried to get in. She was probably the most frightened but everyone was just really in shock and shaken up," says Ariel Shannon, Bluebird Salon owner.

Police said after the incident Dabill took off running  with a few thousand bucks, but police caught him. He has been booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail for burglary, false imprisonment and felony vandalism with bail set at $20,000.
