CARPINTERIA, Calif. - Four people busted in a marijuana growing investigation in Carpinteria have been booked in to the Santa Barbara County Jail after police served a search warrant around 7 Friday morning.
52-year-old Brian Lopez Senior, 28-year-old Amber Iverson, 38-year-old Patrick Bollinger and 49-year-old Irene Hernandez were all arrested when police served the warrant.
Police found 88 growing marijuana plants, a small amount of what is believed to be methamphetamines, packaged and processed marijuana, and evidence that marijuana had been sold.
The investigation is on-going and will be turned over to the district attorney to file charges.
