Pedestrian Killed By Driver in Arroyo Grande

ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. - A driver hit and killed a pedestrian in Arroyo Grande early Friday morning.

Paramedics were called to Mesa View Drive at Halcyon Road 6:21 a.m. on Friday. The pedestrian has been identified as 22 year old Chelsea Brunelle.

The driver of the car remained on scene and helped with the investigation. It is unknown what caused the driver to hit her.

The Coroner's Office will be investigating the cause of her death.
