SALINAS-- Salinas Police have one person in custody following an armed robbery of a business in the 800 block of East Alisal.
Officers blocked off Filice, Hebbron, Jefferson and East Market and found the the suspect in the backyard of a home.
At first, police thought three people were involved, but they found out that the suspects had run towards a car with two people instead. Upon questioning, they found out that the two were not involved in the crime.
The suspect is described as a 16 year old Hispanic male. Officers recovered a weapon and the face covering used in the robbery.
There are no injuries reported.
