Ponzi Scheme Gets Former 21st Century President 5 Year Sentence

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The former president of 21st Century, who plead guilty to running a ponzi scheme out of her Paso Robles-based business, will spend 5 years in prison.

Linda Kennedy accessed her clients accounts and then lied to them about the investments being made.

Kennedy was ordered to pay restitution to all her victims.

Ten victims came forward in court, testifying how Kennedy ruined their live through her ponzi scheme.
