Sketch Released for King City Homicide Suspect

KING CITY, Calif. -- On Tuesday King City police found a 37-year old man with multiple stab wounds at the 500 block of Bassett Street. The victim was taken to Mee Memorial Hospital but died upon arrival.

Witnesses said they saw one suspect fleeing the scene. Police said the suspect is described as a light-skinned Hispanic man, who is about 5'2'' and weighs around 220 lbs.

Police said the man is described to be in his late 30s t0 early 40s with dark colored hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a newer black pullover sweatshirt, new creased white and black plaid shorts and a new white unlaced basketball shoes. Officers said the suspect was seen running towards South Russ Avenue.

 King City police said the stabbing victim has no gang times. Investigators have not determined a motive for his murder.
