SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - Cuesta College is facing more cuts as the San Luis Obispo Community College District Board of Trustees will vote and determine whether or not to cut ten programs.
The school is also looking at more changes planned including 12 modifications and suspending the Interior Design Program.
The school is looking to cut, modify and suspend programs to save money.
The programs facing the chopping block include Physical Science, Work Experience/Workplace Readiness, Vocational ESL, Real Estate, Fashion Design and Merchandising, Agriculture Technology, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Art - Digital and Dance.
The school is looking to modify 12 programs as a way to cut costs. Those programs are Architecture, German, French, Legal, Computer and Networking Technology, Broadcast Communications, Library/Information Technology, Construction Technology, Computer Applications/Office Administration, Electronics and Electrical Technology, Drama and Music - Audio.
The board will vote on changes Wednesday.
