CHP Investigating Crash on Highway 101 Near Cuesta Grade

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - California Highway Patrol is investigating a collision between a car and a semi truck on Highway 101 near Mount Lowe Road.

CHP was called to the scene at 8:44 p.m. The crash did cause some backup for drivers on the freeway.

Authorities say there were minor injuries, although it is unknown who is injured at this point. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. Anyone with more information is urged to call SLO CHP at (805) 593-3300.
