LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc Police have arrested four men they say are part of a stolen property ring that has helped steal $30,000 in the last month.
Police say the men were part of a theft ring that stole and pawned large amounts of stolen property from various homes in the area. They also recovered more than seven grams of heroin.
Authorities say there has been a substantial increase in residential burglaries during this past month. They say about 100 items were reported stolen.
