SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors are set to discuss spending close to $200,000 on a new, relocatable rescue training tower for all San Luis Obispo County Emergency Services to uses.
The funding is coming from grants given by the Department of Homeland Security.
The tower would primarily be used by San LUis Obispo County Fire but would be available for all to use.
No public funds are said to be used for the project.
The board will discuss this at the meeting on Tuesday, December 11.
