SAN MIGUEL, Calif. - A San Miguel man is dead after a car accident late Monday night.
Police say Fernando Santiago was driving south on Highway 101 when he suddenly swerved to his left.
Santiago's car went into the center median and he overcorrected to the right causing his car to roll twice. The roll caused Santiago to be ejected from his car onto the asphalt.
Police say he wasn't wearing his seatbelt and alcohol did play a factor in the accident.
