Lompoc Police Arrest Man Charged with Attempted Homicide

LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc Police respond to reports of a fight and find two men with stab wounds, one with life threatening injuries. In connection with the case detectives arrest 38 year old Isaac Ramirez.

Police say, "on Monday, December 24, 2012 at approximately 12:30 AM, the Lompoc Police Department responded to a call of a fight inside a residence in the 800 block of North G Street. Upon arrival, Officers located two males with stab wounds. Both males were transported to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital with one of them having a life threatening injury.

The investigation lead Detectives to another residence in the 800 block of North G Street where Detectives located Ramirez.

Ramirez was arrested for the stabbing without incident as well as other crimes.

The names of the victims in this case are not being released at this time.

Ramirez faces charges of: Attempted Homicide, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale, and Violation of Parole.
