Singers Katy Perry and John Mayer Help Out Central Coast Families

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Singers Katy Perry and John Mayer visited Santa Barbara this weekend, stopping by at a local hospital to spread some cheer.

They came to help out the Dream Foundation, a local non-profit that helps grant wishes for adults battling life-threatening illnesses. On their Twitter account, the organization thanked both of them for helping out on Saturday.

Katy Perry is a Central Coast native. According to entertainment website People.com, Katy and John have been dating for the past few months. She took him home to see her family for the holidays in the Santa Barbara area.
